The technical support included in the OTO Nom-i software service contracts is intended to provide advice, recommendations and information relating to the use of the OTO Nom-i software only in the required hardware and software configurations. During normal business hours, technical assistance can be provided by phone, email or LifeChat. If you opt for an extended plan giving you access to technical support outside of business hours, you will be assigned a 24/7 representative for technical support.
